Q: Is maintenance required to keep the warranty valid?
A: Yes. Regular maintenance must be performed according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule. Keep your service records on file, especially if you service your vehicle outside of Honda of Reseda. Please keep in mind, when you service with us, we will maintain all of those records for you.
Q: Can I take my car to another shop for service?
A: Yes, but you’ll need to follow the required maintenance schedule and keep documentation of all services performed. However, we recommend servicing at Honda of Reseda to ensure records are automatically maintained.
